Concrete technical requirements for waterproof layer of bridge deck

Bridge deck waterproof layer should cover the entire concrete bridge deck, waterproof layer for two lines of defense, the first spray cement concrete surface waterproof agent twice, the second spray bridge deck waterproof coating two to four times, the average thickness of waterproof coating film should not exceed 2mm.

Bridge deck concrete construction requirements

In order to improve the shear strength between waterproof layer and asphalt concrete pavement layer and concrete bridge deck, it is necessary for concrete bridge deck to be treated with wool.
The test shows that the concrete surface is a natural flat surface, and the shear strength is difficult to meet the specified requirements. After proper wool treatment, the interlocking force and harbor resistance between the waterproof layer and asphalt concrete pavement layer and the concrete interface are greatly improved.
Therefore, its shear strength can exceed the requirements of regulations, so as to create good conditions for a long time after the road surface vehicles do not appear wrinkled, cracks.
